Profile Deck & Shear Studs LTD was founded in 1991 by Jeff Hegmans, who served as its leader and a prominent figure in the industry for numerous years. Spencer Beelen joined the company in 2011 and spent the next 11 years under Jeff's mentorship. During this time, Spencer earned considerable respect and recognition in the industry. Since 2019, Spencer has been the driving force behind the company, as Jeff began transitioning into retirement. Following Jeff's passing in 2022, Spencer has continued to steer and expand the business, building upon over 30 years of collective experience within the company.
